My order shows as In Progress, what is happening?

The payment deadline for successful Ticket Ballot offers in the final phase of the Ticket Ballot selection process is 5 PM (UK Time) on Wednesday 25 September. Payments for Ticket Ballot offers must be completed by this time. If payment has not been received by the above time and date your ticket offer will be cancelled, and the tickets will no longer be available to you.


If you have attempted payment for a Ticket Ballot offer but the payment journey was interrupted, abandoned or otherwise unsuccessful, your order will be held in an In progress state for a period of time until the current payment attempt times out.


The system will keep your order In Progress for approximately 30 minutes after which your order will revert to a Reserved state and you can attempt a payment again.
