During the Selection Process
During the Ticket Ballot selection process between Thursday 1 August and Monday 30 September, it is not possible to cancel a Ticket Ballot application. However, should you be offered tickets via the Ticket Ballot selection process, you are under no obligation to purchase them.
After the Selection Process
If you have been successful in the Ballot and have been offered tickets which you do not wish to purchase, you do not need to take any action. If you choose not to purchase the tickets offered to you, they will be returned to the Ballot pool in due course.
