We recommend that fans do not update or change their email address after entering the Ticket Ballot as this can cause complications during the Ballot process. We recommend that Ballot applicants maintain access to the email address you used to enter the Ballot through the whole ballot process.
However, If you need to amend your personal details during the Ballot process, you can update your personal details, postal address and marketing preferences on OneClub.golf. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Click Login in the top-left of the page
- Sign in with your account information
- Click the silhouette in the top-left of the page
- Click the white Edit Details button under your information
- Here you will be able to amend your personal details and set your marketing preferences.
