What can I do if I am having difficulty accessing the Ticket Resale Platform?

Access to the Ticket Resale Platform is available to Ticket Ballot applicants and Ticket Plus purchasers to list any unwanted tickets for sale. 


All members of One Club can access the Ticket Resale Platform to purchase any listed tickets. If you do not have a One Club account you will need to create one, which you can do here.  


If you purchased General Admission tickets via the Ticket Ballot or Ticket Plus tickets for The 153rd Open, please ensure you are logged in to the same One Club account which was used.


If you continue to experience difficulty accessing the platform, please try to access the Ticket Resale platform again:

  1. From a different device
  2. From a private browser
  3. After clearing your internet cookies and cache.
