Can I upgrade Junior or Youth tickets?

Ticket purchasers can upgrade tickets purchased via the Ticket Ballot for The 153rd Open can be upgraded from Junior to Youth or Adult, and from Youth to Adult after the tickets have been purchased following the completion of the Ticket Ballot process for The Open.

If you have been successful in the Ticket Ballot process for The 153rd Open and you would like to upgrade a ticket from one tariff to another please use the Contact Us form to submit a request, and a member of our customer service team will respond to you with further information.

Only the original purchasers of tickets can upgrade tickets. There is no fee to upgrade the tariff of a ticket, but any costs incurred by the upgrade must be paid over the phone. Payment can be made using a VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card.

Upgrades of tickets cannot be reversed or refunded after the upgrade process is complete.
