This means that any tickets being sold on any third-party ticket resale sites or public marketplaces are being sold without the R&A's consent. Any general admission tickets being sold for higher than the prices above are not authorised by The R&A and may not be genuine tickets.  

The R&A maintains a strong position that it is against our Terms and Conditions to sell tickets on public forums, third-party sites or for excess of the original face value of the ticket. Any tickets identified for sale or found to have been sold in such a manner are subject to cancellation without refund.  

The 154th Open at Royal Birkdale

Tickets for The 154th Open at Royal Birkdale will be available via a Public Ticket Ballot. 

The Ticket Ballot for The 154th Open at Royal Birkdale will open to applications in Summer 2025. No specific date for the opening of the Ticket Ballot has yet been set.

Members of the One Club, The R&A's free-to-join membership programme, will be able to enter the Ticket Ballot from this date. If you are not a One Club member, you can sign up for free here. One Club members can register their interest in the Ticket Ballot now, and will be among the first to be notified when the ballot is available for applications.

Fans can choose to bypass the Ticket Ballot and guarantee the best views and experiences at Royal Birkdale with our premium experiences.
